Dear Dr. Hansen:
I wanted to thank you for you excellent service. In April of 2006 I incurred excruciating pain in my neck and shoulders for no apparent reason. I had never been to a chiropractor before.
After trying all of the home remedies I could think of, I knew I needed help. My husband suggested that I try your services. I called your office and was surprised to find out that I could see you the very next day.
When I came in for my visit, you told me that I had a slight curve in my spine and that my neck was not curved enough. I have had chronic pain in my neck since 1993. I figured that I would have to live with the pain for the rest of my life.
On my first visit, you adjusted my spine and I felt a little better. The next visit I told you that I wasn’t a fan of the cracking. You then told me that I might be a better candidate for the Bio Cranial System. The method by which was used made me very skeptical.
You advised me to come in every day for a few weeks. I felt the pain going away after the first couple of weeks. I now see you once a week and I am pain free in my neck and shoulders.
When I found out about all of the other advantages for doing the Bio Cranial System, I decided to let you do y 13-year-old son. He has suffered from allergies all of his life. When I heard that Tylenol causes liver disease, I was scared because that is the allergy medicine both my son and I took on a daily basis.
I am so happy that we were introduced to the Bio Cranial System because now, my son never has to take allergy medicine again. His overall health is better then it has ever been. My son and I will continue to see you each week to keep our health at its optimum.
I also want to compliment your entire staff for their professionalism. They are always nice whenever we come in. They seem to know everyone’s name when they come in the door. Thank you for keeping us in line.
